Refunds
50% refunds are available until March 31, 2012. No refunds will be available after that date. Transfers and deferments are not permitted. This policy is necessary because almost all of the supplies and services for the event must be purchased well in advance of the actual event date.
Please email info@highfiveevents.com to request a refund. In most cases, refunds will be issued to the credit card used during registration and will take up to 10 days to appear on your credit card statement.

In the event of foul weather, the start time of this event may be delayed by up to 1 hour. Should the weather conditions or other circumstances make it unsafe to be outside, the event will be cancelled. There will be no refunds in the event of a cancellation.
