Beginner Yoga

Learn or revisit the fundamentals of this invigorating style of Yoga without feeling confused or overwhelmed. This 25 minute class can be enjoyed by all levels of exercisers, but particularly those new to Yoga or exercise or those looking for a simple refreshing Yoga session. You may want to use a Yoga mat for the best experience; if you don’t have a mat, use a carpeted area.
