GetFitTexas! Program

The GetFitTexas! Program is a free online system that allows you to keep a record of all your physical activity as you accept the challenge to incorporate physical activity in your daily life. GetFitTexas! also drives the annual Governor's Challenge. The Governor's Challenge asks adults to exercise 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week for six weeks. Children under 18 are challenged to exercise 60 minutes a day, 5 days a week. FitKids even offers a special website just for children under 13.

Keep logging your activity online with GetFitTexas!, and check out events in our Affiliate Cities to stay motivated.

Get your family and friends involved too. The program is free, and you’ll be making a positive difference for your health!

Visit our FAQ page or the How To page for assistance, or contact us with questions.
