Workout Plans & Videos

Texas Round-Up and MAKE IT FIT are working together to bring you free weekly exercises and fitness tips, as well as printable workout plans and workout videos every quarter. These plans and videos are provided to all Texas Round-Up participants pictures of exercisesfor free by MAKE IT FIT.

Additionally, RunTex University has provided free, six-week training plans for anyone who wants to prepare for running or walking a 5K or a 10K. Check out the RunTex University Training Plans.


Streaming Workout Videos

Basic Bodyweight Interval *NEW*
Get stronger and more aerobically fit at the same time with this all-in-one workout using nothing other than your own body.

This 30 minute workout will be manageable but challenging for beginners; intermediate to advanced exercisers can add intensity with higher impact options and bigger moves. No equipment needed.

Learn the basics of resistance training as you strengthen and tone all major muscle groups using only your own body weight!

This 18 minute video is designed for beginners, but intermediate to advanced exercisers may also benefit from the “back to basics” format. All you need for equipment is a standard chair.


Low Impact Aerobics Video
No coordination necessary! Let MAKE IT FIT guide you through a low impact aerobic workout that will you have you moving like you didn’t know you could.

This 20 minute class is especially great for those new to or just getting re-acquainted with aerobic activity. Intermediate and advanced exercisers can “spice it up” with bigger movements.


Beginner Yoga
Learn or revisit the fundamentals of this invigorating style of Yoga without feeling confused or overwhelmed.

This 25 minute class can be enjoyed by all levels of exercisers, but particularly those new to Yoga or exercise or those looking for a simple refreshing Yoga session. You may want to use a Yoga mat for the best experience; if you don’t have a mat, use a carpeted area.
