Start: Stand with ball at chest height, holding ball firmly between hands, elbows at same height as wrists.

Motion: On an exhale, squeeze ball with palms very firmly, using chest and arm muscles to press. Take three full breaths while holding. Release. Repeat two more times. How many: Three sets of three breaths. What this exercise does: Strengthens and tones the chest, shoulders and arms.
