The 2010 race 10K and 5K race courses will be the same as 2009. The 5K route goes through the UT campus, and the 10K route runs up and down the hills of East Austin. The Family Mile route is new for 2010. It will begin and end at 18th and Congress and includes a loop around the State Capitol building. All races start at 1800 Congress Avenue. 10K and 5K Start Time: 8am. Family Mile Start Time: 10am
Free Race Registrations for Fundraisers Join us in combating sedentary lifestyles, promoting regular exercise, and making healthy choices. Your loved ones can sponsor you and your participation in the Texas Round-Up programs and races. Together, we can make a difference as big as Texas. Currently, you can use Firstgiving and Facebook to raise funds for Texas Round-Up. As a special gift to our fundraisers, we are offering some special incentives to those who help raise the most funds by April 15, 2010. Fundraiser Levels $100 raised - One (1) Free Race Registration for the 2010 Texas Round-Up 10K-5K-Family Mile $250 raised - One (1) Free Race Registration for the 2010 Texas Round-Up 10K-5K-Family Mile and two (2) passes for the VIP Tent on race day. Whoever is the most successful fundraiser by April 15, 2010 will receive One (1) Free Race Registration for the 2010 Texas Round-Up 10K-5K-Family Mile; two (2) passes for the VIP Tent on race day; and two (2) invitations to the VIP party on Friday night before the race. To get credit for your fundraising efforts, just contact us by April 15 to claim your incentives, and we will refund your race registration and arrange for any other incentives you have earned.
